Cette maison individuelle de style Art d\u00e9co a retrouv\u00e9 une seconde beaut\u00e9 avec une r\u00e9habilitation compl\u00e8te de ses int\u00e9rieurs et s\u2019est agrandie par une extension de 2 niveaux.Pour s\u2019ouvrir sur son nouveau jardin arbor\u00e9, am\u00e9nag\u00e9 de terrasses, d\u2019une piscine et d\u2019un poolhouse, une loggia enti\u00e8rement vitr\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 avec un d\u00e9pliant en accord\u00e9on pour avoir une continuit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure \/ ext\u00e9rieure. Les mod\u00e9natures de fa\u00e7ade de la maison ont inspir\u00e9 le dessin de l\u2019extension avec son bow-window au R+1.
